No endless spreadsheets or formulas: Presupeso does the math and you decide.
Goals that look ahead
Give each category a monthly goal (rent), a savings goal (emergency fund) or a goal by date (the December trip), and Presupeso tells you how much to set aside this month.

What you are owed and what you owe, on your phone
The shop’s credit notebook, without getting lost or wet: each customer with what they took and what they have paid, and each supplier with their invoices and due dates.
- Your customers. Sell on credit by tapping the products in your catalog, with their photo. The app tells you who is late according to what you agreed and who went over their limit.
- Your suppliers. Record what they sell you on credit with the invoice number; we remind you before it is due and, when you pay it, it counts as a business cost.
- Statements over WhatsApp. Send each customer a private link with their own records: what they owe, what they bought and what they paid. It expires after 15 days.
- Closing the day. Count the till (the total or note by note) and see at once whether it adds up, has extra or is short. Every closing stays in a history that can’t be deleted, with totals by week and month.

FAQ
What people ask before they start
What is envelope budgeting?
It means splitting the money you already have into «envelopes» —categories like rent, groceries or vacation— before you spend it. When you're about to spend, you look at the envelope, not the bank balance. Presupeso makes it digital: each category tells you what's left, and what's left over is kept for next month.
Do I need to know about finance?
No. If you know how much you have in your accounts, you can start. The getting-started guide walks you through it and your AI can guide you step by step.
Does Presupeso connect to my bank?
No. You record your transactions —typing, dictating or asking your AI, which can also read a statement you paste in—. That way nobody stores your bank password and you know what you spend on, which is the whole point of the method.
What does the AI see of my data?
Only your budget, and only when you connect it with your YSNOne account. You can set it to «read only» or turn it off in the app settings, and delicate actions (deleting, closing an account, reconciling with the bank) always ask for confirmation. What you tell it travels to your AI's company, like any conversation with it.
How much does the AI cost?
Nothing extra in Presupeso. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT uses your plan with those apps. The built-in assistant runs on your own Gemini, Claude or OpenAI key, and your provider bills you for what you use; we don't supply a shared key.
Can I keep accounts in dollars or other currencies?
Yes. Each account has its own currency and the budget is kept in yours. When you record something in another currency, Presupeso uses the rate you enter (or suggests a public one) and stores it with that transaction.
What happens if I stop paying?
If your Balance isn't enough, you get a few grace days and we let you know inside the app. After that your budget goes «read only»: you can see and export all of it, but not record anything new until you top up. We never lose your data because of it.
How do I delete my account?
From the app settings, yourself. We recommend exporting your data first. Deleting removes your budgets, your conversations with the assistant and your connections; it can't be undone.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open Presupeso in your phone's browser and install it like an app: on Android from Chrome with «Install app» and on iPhone from Safari with «Share» → «Add to Home Screen». Step by step in the help guide.
