The ground rules for using Presupeso: what it is and isn't, how you pay, what happens with AI and with your data.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
- Presupeso is a tool to organize your money. It isn't a bank, it doesn't move money and it isn't financial advice.
- One monthly plan, with free trial days, paid with the YSNOne Balance. Cancel whenever you want.
- Your data is yours and you can always export it, even if you stop paying.
- You review what your AI does: delicate actions ask for your confirmation.
1. What Presupeso is
Presupeso is an online service by YSNOne to organize your personal finances with the envelope method: record accounts and transactions, split your money into categories, set goals and see reports. You can use it in the browser, install it on your phone, talk to an AI assistant inside the app or connect it to your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible one).
Presupeso is not a bank or a financial institution: it doesn't hold your money, it doesn't make real payments or transfers and it doesn't connect to your bank accounts. Nor is it financial, investment, credit, accounting or tax advice. Decisions about your money are yours.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your YSNOne account (OneAccount). Look after it: what's done with it in Presupeso is understood to be done by you.
- You must be an adult and give us truthful information.
- If someone accesses your account without permission, tell us as soon as possible at [email protected].
3. Your data is yours
Everything you record in Presupeso belongs to you. You only give us the permission needed to store it, process it and show it to you, and to do what you ask with it (for example, hand it to the AI you connect). You can export all of it at any time, even if your subscription is suspended, and delete your account from the app. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
4. Price, trial and payment
- Presupeso has a single monthly plan. The current price is published on the home page and in the app, in Colombian pesos.
- When you start you get a free trial period. We don't ask for a card to get started.
- The monthly fee is deducted from your YSNOne Balance (OnePayment) at the end of each period. You top up the Balance; Presupeso doesn't store card details.
- If your Balance isn't enough at renewal, you get some grace days to top up, with a notice inside the app. If they run out without payment, your account goes read only: you can see and export everything, but not record anything new, until you pay.
- You can cancel whenever you want from the app. You keep using Presupeso until the end of the paid period and the next one isn't charged. Periods already paid aren't refunded for unused days, except as required by law.
- If we change the price, we'll let you know in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal; what you've already paid never changes.
5. Artificial intelligence
- AI can make mistakes. Review what it records and what it tells you. Delicate actions (deleting, closing an account, reconciling with the bank and others) ask for your confirmation before they happen.
- The built-in assistant runs on your own key from an AI provider. Use of that key is governed by your terms with that provider and the cost is charged by them. You're responsible for your key and its balance.
- If you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI over MCP, that app belongs to a third party and is governed by its own terms. What it does in your budget it does with your authorization and is logged as done by it. You can set it to read only, turn it off or disconnect it whenever you want.
- No AI answer is financial advice.
6. YSNOne apps
If you link another YSNOne app (such as GastroSquad or OneSales), that app can send transactions to your budget as you authorize when linking it. You can remove the link whenever you want.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Presupeso for:
- Illegal activities, fraud or money laundering.
- Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or testing the service's security without our written permission.
- Overloading the service, abusively automating requests or reselling access.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account, letting you know when possible.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Presupeso available and working well, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change affects you significantly, we'll let you know in time and you can always export your data.
9. Liability
Presupeso helps you get organized, but the figures it shows depend on what you, your AI or the apps you link record. To the extent permitted by law, YSNOne isn't liable for financial decisions made based on the service or for indirect damages. None of this limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011).
10. Termination
You can stop using Presupeso and delete your account whenever you want. We may terminate the service for an account that breaches these terms, or stop offering Presupeso with at least thirty days' notice, during which you can export your data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything gets solved by talking.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using Presupeso afterwards, we understand you accept them; if you don't agree, you can cancel and take your data with you.

This text honestly describes how Presupeso works today, but a lawyer hasn't reviewed it yet. It must be reviewed (including YSNOne's legal name, tax ID and address) before launch. The Spanish version is the one that governs.
